What are VAS numbers
VAS (Value Added Service) numbers are special service numbers such as 070, 090x, … . They are used for help lines, game lines, downloading ringtones and games, … edpnet is obliged to apply maximum determined tariffs, VAT included, to these special numbers (amounts to be collected for third parties following Circular nr. E.T.109.696 - AOIF Nr. 50/2009). edpnet is limited to collecting the amounts (VAT and taxes included) on behalf of the service providers and transferring them the collected money.
